How it aims to solve the issues?
The team has figured that there are many institutes with sub-standard customer service and online presence. This ultimately transfers the steering wheel to the institutes from the seafarers. They have to book the course from a selected few institutes but due to the rush, they do not get favorable schedules.
NPK-Knots addresses this problem by pooling all the course listings from various DG-approved courses across the country so that the seafarer can filter the search for a course as per his location and date.
Not just this, they also provide information about the documentation required.
